Catherine Bryant

Attorney

Catherine Bryant, a Raleigh native, is drawn to fiduciary litigation because of how it touches on many different areas of law, which allows for continual learning and growth as an attorney.

Prior to joining Fiduciary Litigation Group, Catherine clerked at the North Carolina Court of Appeals under the Honorable Chris Dillon. She also worked with a firm in Charlotte, NC representing private employers and distribution centers in workers’ compensation matters.

Catherine received her Juris Doctorate from Elon University School of Law where she was the Business Editor of the Elon Law Review and a Member of the Elon Law Moot Court Board. While in law school, Catherine interned for various judges on both the North Carolina Court of Appeals and the North Carolina Business Court. These internships expanded her experience in the various areas that fiduciary litigation addresses.

Catherine earned her Bachelor of Arts in English from Meredith College. In her free time, she enjoys gathering with good friends, trying new restaurants, cheering on the Wolfpack, and playing tennis.
