Lee decided to focus his career on protecting seniors several years ago, and has found fiduciary litigation to be the perfect match for his skills. “It’s a great combination of being able to counsel people during a difficult time, and figuring out how to use the court system to protect vulnerable people and resolve family disputes.” Lee especially enjoys helping disinherited surviving spouses get an elective share of their deceased spouse’s estate. He went to law school at UNC and has two other degrees from Carolina. He doesn’t mind too much that his law partner Tom Sparks went to Duke. When not practicing law Lee enjoys playing basketball and writing plays for community theater.
