Tom started his courtroom practice as a prosecutor and defense counsel in the Air Force JAG corps, where he earned the nickname “Hollywood” for his impassioned courtroom style.  After leaving the Air Force, he settled back in the Triangle area and dove into civil litigation.  In addition to law, Tom has training in engineering and business, and has experience building houses as a general contractor and managing a water filtration company.  He brings his unique mixture of intensity, practicality, and nerd super-powers to bear in every case.  When not practicing law Tom enjoys playing tennis and finding a good IPA.
